Working at the shelter, adopting the kittehs

Today's Borisism (yes you can pronounce it, just say it out loud) is Gatewalking.

Gatewalking involves the incorrigble cat scrambling gracelessly to the top of the baby gate and then, wobbling precariously at the top, looking around trying to remember why he went up there in the first place. Because it was there?

Boris is now 11 months old. He has not yet grown into the promise of his enormous paws, and seems to be in no hurry to leave behind the awkward, clumsy stage. This involves a lot of jumping up on stuff, falling back, and shoulder scratches where wobbles meet skin. He also quacks like a duck instead of meaowing like a normal cat. And when he purrs, he grunts a little. like a pig. seriously, who wouldn't love this cat?
